I am not a traditional developer. I needed AI to ship real software — not demos, not toys. So I built the system that makes it work. Then I taught it. This is that.
The story behind the system
The framework came from real builds, not theory.
Most AI work I see is improvisation. People prompt, hope, ship a demo, watch it break. I did that for a year. Then I stopped.
I built a five-phase discipline — Context, Rules, Documentation, Verification, Feedback Loops — and applied it to every project. The results changed immediately. Real software, every time. No more "it works in my prompt."
Scale B.O.S.S. came out of that discipline. RevAStack came out of that discipline. AI Code that Works came out of needing to teach it.
My mission
Help nontechnical operators ship real software with AI — without becoming engineers.
The audience here is overwhelmed, tired of hype, frustrated by gatekeeping, worried about building broken systems. AICTW is the grounded guide they wish someone had handed them on day one.
